LCDR Forrest Woodward

LCDR Woodward has been a member of the USNSCC for 25 years and was a Sea Cadet in his youth.  He retired from the Army CID after 35 years and 10 years as a police officer.  His previous assignments include the CO of the KCC Div. under the name of Liberty (AGTR5) Div, CO, NY Div. CO, Theodore Roosevelt Div., Region Director 03-4, and most recently, he was the Inspector General for the Northeast Area Command.
